With over 9+ years of experience in the customer service industry, he knows the ins and outs of offshoring like the back of his hand. He also has experience working in the UK healthcare industry, administration and sales. Kavinda’s focus has always been sustainable growth; providing companies with both the talent and the tools necessary for long-term success. He strives daily to make the TFG community larger, stronger and better so that it serves its purpose in the best way possible.
Shamus Jayawardena
